I was using Hong Sam Won Pouch Korean Red Ginseng until I came across this product. As this is more relevant to menopausal women, I was excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, after switching, the brain fog, fatigue, and moodiness reappeared once again. I did, however, seen improvements with chronic pain such as fibromyalgia and hot flashes. As my main issues are related to improving memory, fatigue, and moodiness, I will most definitely switch.

Taste is pretty good. I’ve only taken it for 2 weeks now so I don’t see a difference yet. But I like it!

Very satisfied with this product specifically for women my age. Gives the energy boost i need for work and other health benefits from Ginseng. I like the taste its not too sweet.
