I trust the quality of this product from CheongKwanJang. My husband felt his immune system going down recently and started this ginseng extract routine. It has been a month now and it works! Great supplementary for everyday and I am considering something for my children to prepare upcoming winter.

I have been using this product for about 2 month and my husband for a month now. He has respiratory health issues, non-smoker but always coughs. I see great improvement on his health. When he started he was Covid also. It cut it shorter. I’m taking it for more energy, leas inflamation and memory. It gave me all as of know. I was worried about it causes more bleeding for women, haven’t experienced that yet. Hopefully won’t happen.
Good product, taking one pouch every morning like tea and it give more energy for the day.

I had about 10 days of experience with one other brand of korean gingseng prior to this product and had quite positive feedback. Not until I tried this pure extract cut grade pouch, i realize the supreme quality of cheong kwan jang. It helps me to improve my spontanous sweating issue that deplete my heart's energy during hot summer and give me energy to endure my toddler's high pitch cry without having heart racing. It calms my mood and gives me inner strength to face each day's challenging with stability. My appetite also improved and so does my limbs strenghth. The only downside is it affects me to fall asleep at night although my 2nd pouch is taken usually around lunch time. I may have to reduce the amount or change it to before lunch.
If you are in a hurry the 3g extract is fine but I much prefer the original extract

The extract becomes very hard if you store it in the fridge like the box recommended.
So I just leave it in my pantry closet. It still tastes and works fine to me.
I live in dessert state and it's super dry+ less sunlight during winter months. It makes my mind become extremely foggy and suffering S.A.D
I found out about this product about 2 winter ago and been using it on and off. My health improved significantly. I have less cold/flu and I can function like a normal human during winter.
The taste is quite too much in the beginning but I got used to it. I mixed it with honey, hot water and drink it in the morning when my stomach is still empty. I found it work best this way.
I usually take it for 3 week straight and off a week. Because I don't want to build a high tolerance.
Pro:
-it doesn't make me jittery like coffee while giving me enough energy for everyday.
-make feel like a "rich asian Gramma" haha
-work better than other kinds (pouch/stick/pills)
- more effective than other brands
Cons:
-The packaging is kind silly. The opening of the jar is very very small. Although they provide the plastic spoon with it but it is very flimsy. You have to find either Asian baby spoon or use the tip of chopsticks to scoop it out. Whichever way it still a hassle for morning routine.
- The price is increased a lot compared to the past.

It is good to have it in the morning! Got it for about 10 days! Feel great, but could not tell if it is a good source of healthy drink for diabetes since it has 2g of sugar on each bottle.
